A word from the OC

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to this second edition of the Festival de la Poutine de Drummondville, which will take place on September 4th and 5th, 2009 in the magnificent Woodyatt Park.

Major talents from Quebec artistic scene will gather again this year to celebrate Quebec’s national meal, in the very region where it was created. In addition to all the concerts, these 2 days of festivities are the ideal opportunity for you, your friends and family to taste the different poutines from 6 experimented restaurant operators.

Without entirely renouncing to the holy trinity of cheese kurds,  fries and gravy,  the Festival de la Poutine has a mission to make you discover many different versions of this exquisite meal. It is to Dany St-Pierre, well-known chef of Auguste restaurant in Sherbrooke, that comes the honor to be our official guest chef of this second edition and to introduce his delicacy, the reversed poutine.

In conclusion, we want to thanks wholeheartedly our partners and volunteers since the event could not happen without them.

It is then a musical and gourmet get-together not to be missed, whatever your age is!
